On April 24, 2024 prof. UAM Beata Dudziec had the privilege to give a lecture for the Scientific Members and Students of the Centre of Molecular and Macromolecular Studies Polish Academy of Sciences in Łódź. Dr Katarzyna Mituła was also participating in this event. It was an Invited Lecture by Prof. CMMS Monika Gosecka, the Head of the Department of Functional Polymers and Polymeric Materials. It was entitled: “Silsesquioxanes From The Bottom To Their Potential Application”. The meeting was fruitful in interesting and inspiring discussions within the group of professors, incl. Prof. Anna Kowalewska, prof. Sławomir Rubinsztajn and prof. Włodzimierz Stańczyk. We had a chance to visit the laboratories and explore the possible cooperation in the area of hydrogels – that in a dominium of Prof. Gosecka, and silsesquioxanes – the field of interest of Prof. Dudziec. We are hoping to perform some interesting research together.
