Dr Monika Rzonsowska and Dr Katarzyna Mituła-Chmielowiec represented our group at the IX Scientific Conference Polymer Materials Pomerania-Plast, held in Międzyzdroje on 27–29 May 2026. The meeting brought together researchers working in the field of polymer, hybrid, and advanced functional materials, creating an excellent space for scientific exchange, inspiring discussions, and networking.

We were very pleased to participate in the conference together with our collaborators from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, led by Prof. Sandra Paszkiewicz, as well as Prof. Mateusz Barczewski from Poznań University of Technology, with whom we are carrying out a joint research project. The conference was also a wonderful opportunity to meet and discuss with others scienctist from Poland, e.g. Prof. Monika Gosecka from the Centre of Molecular and Macromolecular Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Łódź. Such meetings are always highly valuable, as they not only allow us to present and discuss scientific results but also strengthen collaborations and open new perspectives for future research at the interface of polymer chemistry, materials science, and functional hybrid systems.
